Local directions to Moulin de Griffet

Find your way to Pleugriffet on the D764 between Josselin and Pontivy (12km from N24). The church fills the town-square (more of a roundabout, really). You are now 3km (2 miles) from the Mill.

Take the road opposite the war memorial at the side of the church, which means the Bar de la Place is on your left-hand corner as you leave the town square. This is the dead-centre of Pleugriffet - you can tell because there's a cemetery on your right after 100m.

Follow the road down and around until you come to a sign for a crossroads.  In fact, there is no crossroads, but a triangular junction to your left - drive straight on.

Next fork on the road is signed for Bas Quetel, Haut Quetel.  Follow Bas Quetel to the left.  Road leads down to small crossroads.

At crossroads, take sign for Le Val, Griffet (straight through).  Follow the road down until you pass through this small hamlet (Le Val) with the canal running behind the houses on your right-hand side.

Continuing with the canal on your right (you'll soon pass a simple concrete bridge, also on your right), the road begins to climb gently towards Griffet.

Moulin de Griffet is 150m beyond the bridge, second laneway on the right, with a sign at the top.

Welcome!
