Rental notes
- Rental is Saturday to Saturday in high season.
- Arrival 1600 hours and departure at 10.00 to allow time for cleaning. Flexible where circumstances permit.
- A booking deposit of 25% is required.
- The remaining 75% to be paid eight weeks before the booking commences (late bookings by special arrangement), plus a damage deposit of £100, which is refunded within two weeks of the end of the holiday.
- Rental is inclusive of all utilities except electric heating for which a supplement is payable.
- House should be left clean and tidy as found. Optional cleaning charge is £50.
- Discount for longterm booking.
